Pick up service available from your residence for your specialty rug and linen needs. Please have your rugs rolled up and ready for the pickup. If you need help with the roll up or roll down, we can arrange for our agents to move light furniture for you. Depending on the furniture size and weight there will be an additional charge for this service. Rugs are gently beaten to shake loose embedded soil and then dusted. Fringes are combed-out and the rug is gently beaten again. Fringes are hand cleaned. Rugs are placed on a long conveyor belt for brushing and washing with a mild detergent. Several rinses are performed. Hang-dried so that the moisture is removed without applying heat.
